Once again Apple files another suit against Samsung and its Galaxy Tab 10.1, this time wanting a complete ban in the United States. At this rate Apple takes Samsung to Court over patient infringements every month.
This time in the patient suit Apple decided to go directly to the judge for a decision.  Apple went directly to Judge Koh to ask the judge for a ruling in their favor without having a new hearing. Not sure if Samsung is paying attention but with the big cargo hold on HTC this week because of patients Apple has, their is a slight chance Apple could pull this off.
Apple has given Samsung until May 25th to respond, if Samsung fails to respond (which is more than likely to happen) an injunction would come do very soon.
