A Woman has decided to take Facebook to court, because she wants to find out the  identities of users who have been trolling her on Facebook.
The real case for Nicola Brookes, a 45-year-old Brighton resident is shes not taking Facebook to court but she would like Facebook to reveal the identities of the users on their network. Â If Facebook reveals the identities of the users it would be the first of its kind in the UK.
Brookes Lawyer has targeted the police because they only asisst in troll cases when they involve public or celebrity figures.  The police response to his statement was that its difficult to locate or trace trolling on the net when the users are anonymous.
