Tennis star Serena Williams and MMA fighter Georges St-Pierrre came together to launch a new product from Mission AthleteCare – the EnduraCool towel. Â Read more and the check the pics out after the jump.
Williams and St.-Pierre took part in a 30-minute training circuit on Thursday at 24 Hour Fitness at Madison Square Park in New York City to demonstrate the product’s function. The towel is made out of a unique fabric that instantly cools when wet. Williams mentioned that the towel will come in handy competing at the Australian Open where on-court temperatures can reach 120 degrees.
“Mission†is the first and only line of athlete -generated products designed to enhance performance in training and in competition. It was co-founded by Williams, Mia Hamm, David Wright among other elite athletes.
