A woman from New Jersey rented a billboard for $1,500 two miles from Tyler Perry’s Atlanta studio in attempt to gain his attention. The woman really wants to star in one of his films and figured this is a good way to grasp his attention, although she never uses his name. I’m not sure if this is smart or psycho.
