Fresh on the heels of Facebook’s 1 billion dollar purchase of the two-year-old photo-sharing service Instagram, it seems there’s a new reason to pay attention to the app — one that is definitely not safe for work.

“Boobstagram” is a new French website that pulls photos of boobs taken with Instagram and posts them side-by-side with the tagline “showing your breasts on the internet is good, showing them to your doctor is better.”

See? All that boobage is for a good cause!

On the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month’s website, the organization notes that while October is the official month to recognize the cause, they hope people will remain tuned into the issue throughout the year — especially by keeping up with regular testing.

While testing is paramount when it comes to early detection of the disease, studies show diet might also play an important role.

Earlier this month, new research showed eating green vegetables like broccoli and brussel sprouts might improve womens’ chances of survival after they’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The research, presented at the American Association for Cancer Research’s annual meeting, shows women who consumed the most green vegetables reduced their risk of breast cancer-related, and general, mortality by 62 percent.
