The former “That ’70s Show” actress — who played older sister Laurie to main character Eric Forman (Topher Grace), and, at one point, Ashton Kutcher’s love interest — was taken into the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at 12:50 a.m. Saturday and put on $50,000 bail. The nature of the domestic violence charge is unclear, as is the identity of Kelly’s spouse.

This isn’t the 42-year-old’s first run-in with the law. In November 2010, Kelly pled guilty to a DUI charge in North Carolina and was placed on 12 months of unsupervised probation.
