Ex Arizona Cardinal Eric Green will have to pay a $160,000 judgment in his pending rape case. A transgender woman named Angelina Mavila who was born a man brought the charges against Green. Â Read more after the jump.
The incitement states Angelina Mavilia’s met then Arizona Cardinal Eric Green in a Scottsdale, Ariz., casino in early 2009. Angelina Mavilia then stated they went back to his condo, where Green, assaulted her, she charges. Green reported to police that Green was “extremely agitated and threatening,†according to court documents, and warned: “This never happened. You’d better not tell.â€
Angelina Mavilia also has a suit pending against the police that took the report. Angelina Mavila claims she was mocked and teased by the police. Angelina Mavila went on to say that the female officer that checked her for physical evidence shouted out “its a girl†upon seeing her gender reassignment surgery.
Eric Green spent his NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers, he is currentlly a cornerback for the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League. Due to the sensitivity of this case, we will not be posting and photos or pictures of Angelina Mavilia.
