Florida Representative Alan B. Williams (D) decided it would be an effective move to quote a lyric from Jay-Z’s “99 Problems” while on the Florida Legislative House floor. Unfortunately for him he misquoted the part of the lyrics, even though he was reading it off of a cellphone. When Williams messed up the lyrics, Representative Dean Cannon (R) quickly corrected him without looking at a cellphone. Check out the exchange below.
