Earlier today, we reported that rapper Max B had been denied the appeal he’d been hoping for. However, Max and French Montana-affiliated site HipHopConnection has spoke with him and the report is untrue. The paperwork HAS been filed on Max’s behalf for the appeal, but they have not heard back from the courts just yet. So don’t give up hope! There’s still a chance Max could get his appeal.
