Police responded to Wal-Mart for a report of a naked male walking into the store. He was inside the store, wearing only a pair of allegedly stolen socks. Taylor then began spitting at the officers, hitting one officer in the face. Police said surveillance video from Wal-Mart showed Taylor exiting a vehicle in the parking lot and removing all of his clothes. He entered the store naked and approached the customer-service counter where he purloined a pair of socks, placed them on his feet, and walked further into the store. The video showed shoppers avoiding Taylor as he sauntered through the store, police said.
