I think the better term would be “sponsoring,” but either way it’s an amazing effort and I wish more people would follow her lead. It costs about $30 a month to sponsor a child in Africa and that money provides their living expenses. Instead, she decided to sponsor all 48 children in Swaziland for about $20k a year. Ne-Yo definitely picked a winner!
