James Foldenauer was convicted this week of evading police in a high speed chase that occurred in 2009. He and another biker were spotted going 89 in a construction zone. The other biker pulled over, but Foldenauer had no intentions of stopping. Foldenauer hit speeds of 188 MPH during his chase. Too bad police had a plane following him the whole time.
