Today a German court ruled in favor of Motorola, stating that Apple infringed on a patent that “multiple pager status synchronization system and method,” and in the German court’s eyes is extremely close to iCloud, So that court says Apple can Not use iCloud or Products that use iCloud, like iPhone’s, iPad’s, or iPod’s. The court ruled this is Permanent but left room for an appeal by Apple, but in the Mean time Apple has pulled these products from it’s German on-line store.
