On Friday, the U.S. Attorney announced they will not bring charges against Lance Armstrong and the US Cycling team for running an alleged doping program. This marks the end of a nearly 2 year long investigation. Armstrong released a statement saying he was “relived,” and he looked forward to continuing his life as a father.
