Mariah Carey was the woman of the hour at last night’s 5th Annual BET Honors in Washington, D.C. Legendary stars including L.A. Reid, Patti LaBelle, Kelly Rowland, and Raekwon all paid tribute to MiMi in their own ways. However, the most touching moment was when Mariah’s husband, Nick Cannon, honored his wife with an emotional speech as he held their son Moroccan.
