With the Nation a buzz over the GOP race, Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, Jon Huntsman and Newt Gingrich will now be left off the March 6 Virgina ballot. The decision comes after the Candidates failed to meet the state requirement of collecting 10,000 signatures in support of their respective campaigns. District Court Judge John Gibney Jr. stated the Candidates filed their challenges too late. Only Mitt Romney and Ron Paul will appear on the ballot.
