The worst fear of many sneakerheads is theft. Sneakers are a prized possession. However, one North Carolina man now has some empty closet space. Hit the jump for the story!
Bryant Toala, 22, of Charlotte, North Carolina, called police Monday to report a robbery. Toala, a sneaker collector since middle school, told police the thieves took 30 pairs valued at $10,000. The suspects entered the house by breaking the window. All the shoes were in his closet and in boxes, said Toala. If losing all your kicks isn’t pain enough, the thieves took all of his matching fitted hats. Poor guy.
