Today, Symantec admits that a piece of source code has become susceptible to hackers. The code is crucial to the creation, and implementation of their products. Symantec is a major player in the anti virus software market. They are most notably know for Norton Anti Virus. The code was stolen from a 3rd party corporation; however, no consumer information has been compromised.
