James Benson, 59, of Chatanooga, Tennessee, was seen arguing with his estranged wife earlier in the week. His mother-in-law and wife proceeded to a Georgia hospital to visit a ill family member. There, Mr. Benson brutally murdered the two women. His wife died instantaneously, while her mother required emergency surgery, but latter passed. Benson was able to flee the scene before police could arrive. However, he soon turned himself into the local police station, and is now facing 2 counts of felony murder.
