As of December 7th, 2011, Malbon Brothers Farms, provider of marketing service for Deal Or No Deal, filed a lawsuit against Babygrande Records. The lawsuit claims that Babygrande Records was to pay 20 percent of total net profits to Malbon Brothers Farms. However, the company violated the agreement and failed to pay Malbon Brothers Farms their share. The copies of the lawsuit in detail can be viewed here.
