(HP)–The blonde beauty is auctioning off a chance to meet with her on the red carpet for her newest flick, “We Bought A Zoo.”
The bidding, which will take place on CharityBuzz.com, is valued at $5,000 and all proceeds will benefit Blessings in a Backpack — a non-profit that provides meals for more than 55,000 kids in more than 318 schools. The organizations, which is very near and dear to Johansson, provides food for children on the weekends — when they might normally be provided with little to no food.
Johansson has also been an Oxfam ambassador since 2004 and is also active in the political arena.
“There are people in America who are absolutely desperate right now, who have no means to support their families, who have no opportunities to better themselves or their education,” Johansson told Arianna Huffington for Interview magazine.
Beautiful on the inside and out, this is one date you’ll definitely want to shell out the big bucks for.
