UAW Local 1435, which represents workers at Chrysler’s parts plant in Perrysburg, Ohio, is among the locals that oppose the deal.

Statements from members on the local’s Facebook page show that 70 percent of workers voted against the deal.

At Chrysler’s Belvidere, Ill., assembly plant, 56 percent of workers opposed the pact while 44 percent favored it, the local said.

Members of Local 869, which covers some workers at Chrysler’s Warren, Mich., stamping operations, also voted to reject the contract, with 53 percent saying no, according to The Detroit Free Press.

Three locals representing workers at Chrysler’s transmission and casting operations in Kokomo, Ind., all voted in favor of the contract.

UAW Local 412, representing workers at numerous plants throughout Michigan, also voted Wednesday, but results have not been disclosed.

An official familiar with the voting at Local 412 told the Free Press that it passed but did not provide details.

The UAW, in a move that has frustrated members, has declined to publish results from each local on the UAW Chrysler Facebook page. In some cases it has removed posts detailing local-by-local voting results.
