Remember the genius move of Petey Pablo attempting to bring a gun to the airport on 9/11 last year? Well, he’s going to pay for it now! The North Carolina emcee has been sentenced to 35 months in prison, just one month shy of 3 years. Yikes! Details below.
Petey plead guilty to the charge back in March of this year. As TMZ previously reported, officials found the loaded weapon in Pablo’s bag when it went through an X-ray machine at the security checkpoint. An investigation revealed the gun was stolen in a home burglary in California back in 2005. No word yet as to when Petey will begin serving but IFWT will keep you updated!
