Police are hunting for a woman who slashed two female passengers in the face on subway trains in the Bronx. Hit the jump to read the rest of the story.

In the first incident, the attacker approached a 19-year-old woman sitting on a northbound No. 4 train at the E. 170th St. station in Mount Eden about 4:20 p.m. Sept. 6, police said.
Suddenly, she pulled out a sharp object, sliced the straphanger in the face and fled, police said.
The victim was taken to a hospital for stitches.
Six days later, a woman of the same description as the attacker slashed the face of an 18-year-old woman on a southbound No. 4 train at the Mount Eden station and then ran away, cops said.
The suspect is described as between 17 and 25 years old, about 5-foot-4 and 160 pounds. In the second incident, she wore a black hoodie and plastic gloves.
