It’s crazy because they have been doing so well in the Android eco system, but I suppose the Google/Motorola venture has them a little shook up, so apparently the HTC chairwoman Cher Wang has confirmed that the vendor is considering a purchase of a new smartphone operating system, you can see her statement after the Jump!

“We have given it thought and we have discussed it internally, but we will not do it on impulse,â€
â€We can use any OS we want. We are able to make things different from our rivals on the second or third layer of a platform,â€
“Our strength lies in understanding an OS, but it does not mean that we have to produce an OS.â€
My question is, What OS is even available right now?? I mean What will they ingest that will work for them as well as Android, I now this Motorola thing has them shook up, but if it’s not broke, don’t fix it, Does that mean no more EVO’s, or the EVO will have a new OS, and if it’s not as good as Android or iOS, how will it compete?? OR since they bought “Beats”, and HP is got rid of WebOS, there might be a sign in there somewhere???? Makes you say Hmmmm……
IF this happens it will be kinda funny how “beats” and WebOS will go from 1 company to another, but My thing is, if WebOS didn’t workout for one of the biggest selling computer companies in the world, are we sure  one of the currently biggest selling smartphone makers is the gonna make it work for us??  Maybe! I mean you can still run Android on WebOS *shrugs as I go back to my Android Device*
