Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Darnell Dockett is at it again, entertaining his followers on Twitter. Dockett, who tweeted during a traffic stop earlier in the offseason, now has brought a whole new meaning to “packing heat” in the Arizona desert.
Dockett shared that he unintentionally packed a firearm on his way to work for the team on Wednesday morning with his most recent series of Tweets:
The Glock 40 is a reference to a pistol. Arenas, an NBA player now with the Orlando Magic, had a incident drawing a pistol with former teammate Javaris Crittenton when the two were in the locker room for the Washington Wizards last year. Crittenton’s name has resurfaced in headlines this week as a FBI suspect in a murder investigation.
It’s true, as a stout defensive lineman for the Cardinals, Dockett always has “big guns” on his person, and looking at the gun legislation in the state of Arizona, he notes it’s easy for someone to make a similar misjudgment, even if they have even a much bigger firearm on board.
