Hoboken, Newark, and New York mayors are urging people not to go outside quiet yet. If any live wires have fallen, stepping outside could result in electrocution.
The Holland Tunnel (New York to New Jersey side) is closed due to flooding.

Flooding on both sides of the FDR at East Houston St (NY) all lanes closed until further notice.
