Police served a search warrant at the West Linn, Ore., home of Memphis Grizzlies power forward Zach Randolph on Sunday, over what they described as a drug-related assault that occurred at the residence a day earlier.

Police said Randolph was not a suspect in their investigation, The Oregonian reported.

A man at the home told police he was assaulted with a pool cue by a number of people early Saturday morning. Officials said he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Randolph was home at both the time of the incident and when the search warrant was served, police said.

The 30-year-old has owned the home since his playing days with the Portland Trail Blazers from 2001 to 2007, CBS Sports reported.

Last year Randolph helped the Grizzlies to the Western Conference semi-finals and was rewarded with a four-year contract extension reportedly worth $71 million.
