Considering that it was snapped entering the Porsche test facility at the Nürburgring, our sources suggest what we’re actually looking at is a very early development mule for the new Porsche Cajun.

The baby Cayenne is slated to be based, after all, on the Audi crossover. And while these spy shots don’t give us any indication of what the final styling will look like, it is the first glimpse we’ve gotten at the Porsche crossover altogether, even if could still pass as an Audi.
Once finalized, we’re expecting a more aggressive shape from the Cajun, packing a variety of engines and transmissions underneath. It may be a while until we see the finished product, but at least we know Porsche is working on it. Probably.
