Jersey Shore’s Mike Sorrentino has a real life “situation” on his hands, as he is being sued for breach of contract by a clothing manufacturer. Details after the jump.
RADAR – Dilligaf USA, alleges that they signed a “joint marketing and sales agreement” with Sorrentino to promote the “joint product line of the parties.”
The court docs state: “Sorrentino has materially breached the Joint Marketing and Sales Agreement by failure to appear at photo shoots and promote the joint products after Dilligaf incurred and paid all expenses to set up a booth at a convention in Las Vegas, failing to promote the Joint Products in TV shows or other entertainment event that Sorrentino is involved with and failing to wear joint products in an effort to promote the Joint Product Line of the parties.”
Dilligaf is seeking damages in excess of $15k.
