What an odd choice of song to perform…especially at your girlfriend’s concert. “Cry Me A River” doesn’t exactly scream “hey boo I’m surprising you at your show because I love you!” LOL but nonetheless, the Biebs popped up at Selena’s concert over the weekend and surprised both his girlfriend and the crowd.
