The NFL has canceled the Aug. 7 Hall of Fame Game between the Chicago Bears and St. Louis Rams.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell made the announcement during a press conference Thursday shortly after the owners voted 31-0 (with the Raiders abstaining) to ratify terms of a new CBA.
Goodell said there was too much time lost during the lockout for the annual game in Canton, Ohio, to be played.
