The special will air at 11 p.m. on MTV ET/ 8 p.m. PT and feature surprise guests spreading the good news. It will be followed by a special VMA nomination live stream on MTV.com that will serve up even more special guests and music experts employing Skype, Twitter and Facebook to give post-VMA nominee-announcement commentary and reactions.
