A music executive who was shot in the parking of a restaurant owned by Sean “Diddy†Combs in 2010, has filed a lawsuit against the mogul over the incident.
Tony Austin claims that in November of 2010, he was an invited guest to an event at Justin’s Restaurant and Bar, which is located in the Buckhead section of Atlanta.
According to police, Austin was sitting in the car with another man named Lawrence Jackson listening to music, when a gun man opened fire on their vehicle.
Both men were rushed to Piedmont Hospital, where they were treated for multiple gunshot.
