Really? 100 mil, Fox? I don’t know how great of a plan that is but cool, do what you gotta do. Foxy Brown’s lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo told the New York Post that he was planning on filing the lawsuit against New York City, claiming the rapper was treated “maliciously” by the Assistant District Attorney’s office in Fox’s last lawsuit battle with her neighbor.

(AHH) – Yesterday (July 13th), a judge dismissed one charge of violating an order of protection, after Foxy’s rival/accuser, Arlene Raymond refused to testify against her.

Brown, born Inga Marchand, served eight months on Rikers Island in 2008, for violating the terms of her 2004 probation by taking a trip to Florida from New York without court permission.

The rapper was also sentenced to the time on Rikers for a July 2007 encounter with Raymond, that resulted in Foxy striking her rival in the face with her Blackberry cell phone.

Foxy had been accused of violating a restraining order in place over the 2007 altercation with Raymond.

Foxy Brown’s lawyer said that she should have never been prosecuted for allegedly “mooning” her neighbor during a dispute in July of 2010 and that the case was a waste of taxpayers’ money.
