It was the mistake heard ’round the world yesterday when Tiffany Greene, a fan that had merely won a contest, mistakingly read the wrong name off the teleprompter for the Viewers Choice Award and had to correct herself in front of millions of people watching. The Twittersphere first blasted her for the error, but it was later revealed that it was actually a mistake on behalf of BET!
