Just because Lindsay Lohan is under house arrest doesn’t mean she can’t cash in for a publicity stunt or two. Just because Lindsay Lohan is under house arrest doesn’t mean she can’t cash in for a publicity stunt or two.

The long-troubled actress and one-time pop star recently invited a camera into her Venice Beach pad to film a 14-second spot for penny auction website Beezid.com. According to TMZ, Lohan was paid more than $25,000, in addition to a $10,000 credit on the site, to spout the cheesy line, “Hey to all my friends, I just wanted to share with you that during my time at home, I found this amazing site with great deals.”

Once Lohan’s allowed to leave her property she’ll be a shoo-in for the infomercial circuit.

Lindsay has been under house arrest for several weeks for violating the terms of her probation. She’s been passing the time sunning herself on the roof, holding Keeping Up With the Kardashians viewing parties and throwing up ads on Twitter and Facebook. She’s gotta keep the cash flowing somehow!
