Sammi “Sweetheart” from “The Jersey Shore” was spotted kissing someone outside of the pizzeria the cast members are working at while in Italy. The cast will be headed stateside soon to start filming in Seaside Heights, NJ for the rest of the summer. Find out who she was kissing after the jump!
