Send a text that she doesn’t expect.
Rather than say “Hi, what’s up?” text her about a funny incident or something that reminded you of her. This will show that you’re thinking of her and keep her from getting bored. You don’t want to be too wordy which leads to my next point…
Keep your texts short!
Try not to over explain. Consolidate those words and keep it simple! If you text him just enough to pique his interest, you’ll keep him guessing. This will make you seem intriguing and he’ll be more likely to be attracted to you.
Tone it down just a notch.
Rather than texting, “You’re so funny!!!!!!!!!!” you should just write, “Lol, you’re funny.” This will keep him from feeling that he’s impressed you, which will make him feel he needs to try a little harder. This will present a challenge, making you seem more appealing.
Avoid replying if you don’t have to.
Text conversations come their natural end sometimes, and if she sends you a text to which there is no obvious reply, then don’t worry about it! The last thing you wanna do is draw out a conversation that has had it’s run. Text her later on when you have something to talk about!
Text open-ended messages.
You could do this by asking him a question or by mentioning what you’re doing on the weekend or during the evening. This will make the conversation flow and keep it from being forced and awkward.
