The days of powering up our devices and gadgets could be over, compaines decide go full on with solar power. Its worked with cars, generators and even homes. I dont see why it wouldnt work for our everday devices.
Today some companies do provide some accessies that provide extra power to our laptops via solar power, designer Andrea Ponticame up with a concept laptop that would be all solar powered, called Luce Solar Panel Powered PC, which would be considered the greenest laptop evermade. The computer has two solar panels: One on the back of the monitor and one underneath a touch keyboard. The two panels would be able to power the computer continuously, there hasnt been any tests that has been to determine if the solar power has kept its power on the laptop. The Luce, which means light in Italian, is made from a clear polycarbonate and weighs about four pounds.  The Luce was apart of a contest by Fujitsu, at this time there hasnt been anyword if they plan on releasing the laptop.
