In order to avoid making, copying and getting sued by Apple, Samsung wants Apple to hand over their future devices.Â
Samsung’s legal team has filed a motion against Apple demanding access to its iPad 3 and iPhone 5. Samsung does not want a sample product or product in process but a final product from Apple. Samsung may be suing Apple to play mind games or go tit tat with lawsuits. Last month Apple filed court papers suggesting that Samsung is copying Apple’s Iphone and iPad. After all Samsung is a supplier of parts to Apple, so this lawsuit could be a way to get back at Apples lawsuit.
