Vice speaker of the Ukrainian parliament Adam Martynyuk took matters into his own hands (literally) during a recent debate when he attacked deputy legislator, Oleg Lyashko. According to reports, the Martynyuk began to choke out Lyashko after Lyashko called Martynuyk a “Pharisee” which refers to an ancient religious sect but commonly used to refer to a self-righteous person. This isn’t the first time the Ukrainian parliament has brawled either!! Watch the two men throw down after the jump!
