50 Cent is a businessman, rapper, and an actor and will be adding another career to his resume: comedian, well kinda. Fif won’t be telling any jokes, but he will be hosting “This Is 50 Comedy Show” and will be running a new site ThisIs50Comedy.com. “This Is 50 Comedy Show” will be set up similar to “Def Jam Comedy” and will feature up and coming comedians as well as known comedians.  Find out when the comedy show will be broadcasted after the jump!

Say what you will about 50 Cent, but one thing that cannot be said is that the popular and wealthy rapper is idle.

The G-Unit head honcho has found yet another endeavor to add to his various streams of income. Now the Queens native will try his hand at comedy and although Fif is quite the jokester, his upcoming “This Is 50 Comedy Show” will actually feature longtime This Is 50 fixture Young Jack Thriller as the headliner along with other notable comedians from around the world.

Similar in vein to the successful Russell Simmons vehicle “Def Comedy Jam,” the “This Is 50 Comedy Show” will feature talented standup comics both new and established and will debut this coming Thursday (April 26) with a live online stream. 50 Cent and Jack Thriller have teamed up with video streaming company Jam House Live and entertainment firm A&S Global Visions – who name popular comic Kevin Hart as a client – to bring the show to fans live via a new website ThisIs50Comedy.com.

Fans who wish to watch the show will need to pay $2.99 to access the new website and potential buyers should be comforted to know that their hard earned greenbacks are going towards a worthy cause. While Jack Thriller and company yuck it up on camera, This Is 50 Comedy will donate proceeds of the show’s sales to help aid relief efforts in the wake of the natural disaster aftermath in Japan.

The “This Is 50 Comedy Show” will broadcast live going forward every last Thursday of the month.
