Lindsay just caught a HUGE break: In court today, Judge Stephanie Sautner downgraded Lohan’s felony grand theft charge to a misdemeanor. According to TMZ, Judge Sautner ruled that the offense, along with Lindsay’s record, did not support a felony charge. Congrats to Lindsay…although hopefully she won’t go out to celebrate and make worse decisions?
