You may be losing soon if you keep using Charlie Sheen’s “winning” words.
The actor has moved to trademark 22 of his catchphrases, including “Duh, Winning,” “Vatican Assassin,” “Tiger Blood” and “Rock Star From Mars,” according to The Associated Press.

Records show that Hyro-gliff, a California-based company, filed trademark applications between March 19 and 22, seeking protection for everything from gambling machines, drinks, electronic games and bras. Yes, bras.
The company also applied to trademark Sheen’s name and signature, his nicknames for his home (“Sober Valley Lodge”) and his girlfriends (“Sheen’s Goddesses”), and the dual title of his current tour, “Violent Torpedo of Truth” and “Defeat Is Not an Option.”
Sheen may run into trouble with “Adonis DNA,” however, as two other people have sought to trademark the phrase — as potential uses on clothing and as a nutritional supplement — before he did.
If the trademarks are granted, any potential uses of the catchphrases will be determined later, Sheen’s rep told the AP.
