In her defense…I don’t think this was that big of a deal! She was drinking a kind of tea that has less than .5% alcohol…Kombucha tea. That’s really nothing!! But the L.A. County Probation Department added it to the list of reasons why the judge should violate her probation and send her to jail.
Ugh! This girl can’t win.
