New York City’s famed Carnegie Deli added a new sandwich to its menu Tuesday to celebrate the latest addition to the Knicks’ lineup, superstar forward Carmelo Anthony.

The “Melo Sandwich” was added to the 74-year-old deli’s menu the same day reports broke that the former Denver Nuggets star was finally heading to the Big Apple in a three-team trade.

TMZ reported the towering sandwich will cost hungry diners $21.95. The price was reportedly chosen on purpose — if they sell 3,000,000 it will add up to the $65 million deal Anthony has reportedly been seeking throughout the trade-talks.
