It’s sad that a relationship that was once so good is ending with court fights and drama! Ms. Berry and her ex/child’s father, Gabriel Aubry, will be hitting the courtroom over the 2 year old daughter they share. Halle’s rep tells TMZ, “Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.” Damn…aka she doesn’t think he can take care of her!!! Halle’s even cancelled filming for an upcoming movie this week to handle this in court. She is NOT playing. Hope this is truly for the betterment of the child and not just to be spiteful toward her ex!! It’s the children who really lose in these situations…
