I mean with a name like that…we’re not surprised, right? LOL the G-Unit affiliate 40 Glocc was taken into custody on Sunday and arrested on a gun charge, after police found a loaded 9mm in his truck. He’s now released on bail, but you can hit the jump for more info.
(AHH) – 40 Glocc was arrested less than a block away from Arbor Terrace Apartments, aka The Zoo, the infamous complex the rapper was been banned from, due to his alleged affiliation with the Colton City Crips.
Police claim they were patrolling the area when they stopped 40 Glocc and some associates, because they were loitering in an area near the apartment complex.
A 9mm handgun with a high-capacity magazine was found during a search of 40 Glocc’s Range Rover.
40 Glocc was arrested and charged with suspicion of carrying a concealed, loaded weapon. Bail is set at $100,000 dollars.
He was released yesterday afternoon.

Several other documented gang members were allegedly with the rapper at the time of his arrest.
In September of 2010, a judge officially banned 40 Glocc from the Arbor Terrace Apartments for allegedly selling drugs from the complex with other members f the gang, who have been barred from the complex since the original 2008 injunction was filed.
