According to Doug Farrar of Yahoo! Sports, Chicago Bears safety Chris Harris leaked a photo of a memo sent by the NFL that detailed the hefty playoff penalties…see above pic (click to enlarge).  The post has since been taken down, but thanks to Yahoo! Sports you can still see it.
